What we process

For a paid diagnostic we process your email, country, Stripe payment reference, machine and material details, problem description, test-seam images, optional machine-path images, result and follow-up outcome. The country waitlist processes only email and country.

Why and on what basis

Paid-intake data is necessary to perform the requested service, administer payment, prevent abuse and meet accounting obligations. Optional de-identified product-evaluation retention is based only on separate consent. Waitlist data is used only to measure geographic demand and notify you if availability changes; it is not general marketing consent.

Processors and transfers

Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Stripe processes payment and billing details under its own notices. Email providers transmit service communications. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using their published transfer safeguards.

Retention

Raw Netlify form submissions and diagnostic uploads are deleted no later than 30 days after submission. If you separately consent to product evaluation, a de-identified copy may be created before that deadline and retained separately; the identifiable raw submission is still deleted. Service and payment records are retained only as required for contract, dispute and accounting purposes. Waitlist records are deleted after 12 months unless availability is communicated earlier. You may withdraw optional consent at any time without affecting the completed service.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to eligible processing by emailing us. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or your local supervisory authority. A deletion request cannot override a legal obligation to retain an accounting record.

Image safety

Upload only images you created or are authorized to share. Crop out faces, addresses, labels, screens and unrelated personal information. Do not upload children, health information or other sensitive data.
